SWT-5KW Variable Height Control Wind Turbine is composed of propeller, permanent magnet generator, rotating body (including slip ring and mechanical brake device), tower, brake switch, electric controller, backup batteries, inverters, cables, etc. It has adopted mechanical variable tip technology. When the blade is in static state, it can be started easily; as soon as the wind speed reaches 3m/s, the propeller will start to rotate. In the wind speed range of 4-11m/s, driven by centrifugal force, the impeller will change its position gradually, tracking the relatively high resistance ratio for better running efficiency; When the blade rotates fast, the centrifugal hammer will pull the rotating blade back to its original position, keeping the blade running at rated speed, the maximum rotation speed will not be more than 280r/min.
