Volunteer program “Bringing Love to Thuong Giap High School”
On December 26, 2022, MB Wind Power Service Joint Stock Company organized a charity program Bringing Love to Thuong Giap High School – Na Hang – Tuyen Quang.
With the desire to help children in the Northeast highlands of Vietnam to be warm in the cold winter. Thuong Giap commune is one of the poor communes in the remote, isolated and extremely difficult areas of the mountainous district of Na Hang, Tuyen Quang province. Most of the people here are Tay and Dao ethnic groups, living mainly on agricultural cultivation. Due to the long distance, mainly dirt roads and mountain passes, it is very difficult for students to go to school. The life of the people here is extremely difficult, so the attention and investment in sending their children to school is limited.
The gifts that we gave included 30 thick and lovely warm blankets. These blankets will accompany the children throughout the school years to come.
Also on this volunteer trip, we mobilized a lot of old clothes to be washed and cleaned to give to the students here. MBWIND plans to sponsor scholarships for poor students who have high academic and training achievements.
This is a very meaningful humanitarian activity, aiming to arouse love, volunteer spirit, share difficulties, respect, preserve and promote the good values of the nation.
Staff, teachers and students of Thuong Giap Secondary & High School facilitated and welcomed our volunteer group very attentively. Through contact and discussion with the school, we found that the school still faced many difficulties in terms of facilities for part-boarding students. The school was extremely touched by the sentiments and meaningful gifts, rich in humanity of MBWIND company. This is a great source of encouragement to help teachers and students overcome difficulties and give them more energy to continue to strive for good teaching and learning.
A new spring is about to come all over the country. All for the love and warmth of the entire country!
